Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Label
Carefully pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
